Dr. Marz is the best doctor I’ve ever known. He is truly amazing in his ability to find out any problem or issue and to know what needs to be done to fix it, and do it right, all in a caring and personable manner. And he always follows up as needed. I trust him completely for me and my family’s care. In a world where it seems the medical field is less than trusted and reliable, or mainly in it for profit, I am very grateful to have Dr. Marz to trust and rely on. It’s also the way he and his staff do things, not just what they do that also matters—they treat people the right way all the time. The hygienists and front desk staff are always exceptional.

I recently had a pretty complicated dental procedure at Premier Dental Wellness, an old root canal removed that turned out to be cracked and required a lot of digging and stitches. I went in fully expecting an unpleasant experience because I’ve had extractions before… but Dr. Walker has silk hands. Truly. I could hardly believe how smoothly everything went. His precision, his calm manner, and the way he made sure I was comfortable the whole time were unbelievable. A few days later I returned to have some fillings repaired in my front teeth, and once again , Dr. Walker did it AGAIN. He reshaped and bonded my teeth so beautifully that my smile looks straighter, brighter, and the color match is PERFECT. You can’t even tell what’s bonded and what’s natural. That level of detail is rare. I also had my routine cleaning with Rubi, and what an absolute angel. She also has “silk hands”! Gentle, patient, and so good at what she does. Honestly, they must all train with the same magic touch. From start to finish, this is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Professional, caring, skilled, and truly the best in the Boro. I recommend Premier Dental Wellness and Dr. Walker 100%.

Today was my first time going and I am absolutely satisfied. The place is very clean, and everyone is super nice. The dental assistant who helped me, did an amazing job. She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and my mouth feels brand new. I told her that I have to have her every time I came. Thanks again everyone for making everything exceptional!!

I recently visited Premier Dental, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Paige my hygienist was thorough yet gentle during my cleaning, and I appreciated the focus on preventive care. She’s a jewel! Dr. Martz was amazing, he genuinely care about health of your teeth. Overall, I highly recommend Premier Wellness for anyone seeking quality dental care in a friendly environment.

Having recently experienced a dental emergency I contacted Premier Dental Wellness to get an appointment ASAP. Even though I was not an existing patient they were able to schedule me 1st thing the next business day and proceeded to resolve my affliction during that appointment and at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, their patient-centric approach and impeccable 'bedside manner' are second to none, which made my visit actually a pleasurable experience. I highly commend their entire staff and strongly recommend their practice to anyone seeking dental care.

I moved to Statesboro in 2024, and I have never been fond of going to the dentist (is anyone...?) However, Premier Dental has changed how I view a visit now. From the friendly and personable staff to the professionalism and timeliness, even down to the music selection — Everything is tailored towards a great customer experience. Last week I needed a crown replaced, and to my amazement they designed, created, painted it and had it in place within two hours; Dr. Marz noticed my curiosity and even let me watch the crown being milled. If you live in Statesboro (Or anywhere even close) I would highly, highly recommend visiting Premier Dental Wellness!!

I have been a successful business person my adult life.. In that entire 40 years i have not found a more professional and customer friendly group. Dr. Marz is cutting edge in his field. He also demands that his employees and partners live up to the same standards he demands of himself. The office staff has made getting appointment easy and within an acceptable time and date. They don't waste your time and deal with you like a human being and make you feel special. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment at Premier Dental Wellness and get the help you want.

Best in the Boro and would never want to see another. He sees my whole family. Dr. Marz is the best at so many things. From basic dental procedures to crowns to cosmetic needs. The office staff is just as nice and always helpful with any questions I have. He’s had to redo a lot of work I’ve had done by previous “dentist.” If you want things done correctly and right the first time, then this is where you need to go. 10/10 recommend.

My experience with the entire staff at Premier was one of the most outstanding in service, professionalism and follow up. I choose to go out of network to use Premier, and the service was/is worth it. Staff gave the same information as my insurance company concerning payment. Dr. Martz and Assistant Irene Wynn thoroughly explained my procedure including the use of the newest dental innovations in their office. The office is state of the arts however, their service goes beyond remarkable. Dr. Martz makes every effort to make patients feel that their dental health and providing QUALITY SERVICE is important to him and his staff.

It’s always a pleasure going to Premier Dental Wellness. The entire staff is very professional and kind. It starts as soon as you enter the very clean and beautiful decorative office. They take time to listen, explain and chat with you. Dr. Marz makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. He lets you know what he will be doing throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Premier Dental.
